2. Personal Data Processed

We process the name or nickname, phone (WhatsApp) number, country and language preference you provide through the application form. If you take part in streaming, we also process your performance and earnings data. We measure website traffic only as anonymous, non-identifying aggregate statistics without collecting IP addresses or using cookies. This measurement does not constitute personal data.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Evaluating your application and contacting you,
• Establishing and managing the host-agency relationship,
• Managing earnings, targets and payout processes,
• Meeting our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1), as well as the establishment or performance of a contract and legitimate interests (KVKK art. 5/2).

5. Transfer

To the extent required to provide the service, your data may be shared with relevant live-streaming platforms and lawful authorities in accordance with applicable legislation. If your data is to be transferred abroad, we obtain your explicit consent.

6. Your Rights
