2. Personal Data Processed

Through the application form, your name/nickname, phone (WhatsApp) number, and country and language preference are processed. If you join the streaming process, your performance and earnings data are also processed. We also measure site traffic as anonymous, non-identifying aggregate statistics that contain no IP or cookies; this measurement does not constitute personal data.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Evaluating your application and contacting you,
• Establishing and running the streamer-agency relationship,
• Managing earnings, quota and payout processes,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed based on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1) and on the establishment/performance of a contract together with legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2).

5. Transfer

Your data may be shared, to the extent required by the service, with the relevant live-streaming platforms and legal authorities, in accordance with legislation. Where transfer abroad is involved, your explicit consent is obtained.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request its correction/deletion, object to processing, and request compensation for damages. You can send your requests to hiraralive@gmail.com.
